It all started with passion, a passion for fire, ‘Umlilo ????. But as we all know every good story starts with a journey. This particular journey started in search of the ultimate hotness, as every pepper head knows, there’s nothing quite like the exhilarating rush experienced as the heat compounds, color changes, sweat drips, tears pour and yet you can’t stop, in search for that afterglow that engulfs you, leaving you floating on cloud nine before returning to the harsh realities of the modern world.

But budding up on Africa’s most southern tip often meant that access to the hotness either meant exorbitant prices or…  growing it ourselves ????

The Unconscious Hotness is the culmination and sharing of our journey into the world of Chillies, all things hot and a couple of other thangs on the side ????
