This is a wild collected baccatum variety. Sweet, with a mild fruity baccatum flavour. This pepper is a really great producer. The pods are flavourful with a medium wall. These guys will do very well pickled, fermented and even smoked. Makes a great dried pepper that when ground and added to sprinkle spices, adds a great flavour profile.
