Trinidad Scorpion Mustard

Alright, here is something different. These pods almost have the heat of a traditional Trinidad Scorpion, however, the flavour is not as florally as a normal TS. It almost makes you think it's going to go floral on you but then changes it's mind. The heat is intense, and comes out of the gate quite quickly and hits you in the face with a 2x4. That said, there are overtones of smoke, and wooden splinters in your tongue.
