Chinese 5 colour

Just as this chillies name suggests.... it is an Heirloom from China and the bush has 5 beautiful colours on it at the same time. These cone shaped chillies start off purple, then turn cream/white, then yellow, then orange and finally red. Don't let the colour fool you, as the younger fruits are hotter and have a stronger more pungent burn than the mature ones which are sweeter. These chillies are delicious in salsas, soups, stews, sauces, and great fresh in salads.
