Hungarian Hot Wax

Wax peppers are mild tasting, Hungarian peppers that are used by the handful. Fortunately the bushes also produce extremely well, so one is able to be liberal with the amount that you use or give away. A very old pepper going back to the Mid 1500’s. Often confused with the Sweet Banana Pepper, of which it’s a pungent selection.
