Corno di Torro Red Sweet Pepper

A stunning Italian sweet pepper who's name literally translates to "horn of the bull", also often called "cow's Horn". As its name suggests, this pepper is shaped like a bull's horn.  A beautifully coloured pepper, starting off green and maturing to a lovely rich red. These peppers are sweet and fruity, with a crisp bite and lends itself well to both raw and cooked dishes. Delicious added to salads and salsas. They are also great for stuffing and frying.
