Thai Dragon

An heirloom from Asia that has been grown and used since the 1800's. The plants grow in a bush habit with the thin and pointy chillies facing up-right. The plants can produce up to 200 chillies per plant. These chillies are mostly used in Thai cooking in their delicious soups, noodle dishes, curries, stir-fries, stews and broths. The peppers can be frozen for later use or dried out and crushed into a powder.
